Melissa, from the day I walked up to your stall at Cresta Shopping Centre, I was completely blown-away by what you had to offer.
You were incredibly kind and helpful and explained the process of making casts carefully.
I took the moulds that I had of my late husband’s hands, that had been made many years before for a fund-raiser, and once again, with so much empathy, you explained that they were no longer good enough to use to make the casts. But, in the same breath you went on to say that you could use them to make new moulds.
I left it in your capable hands and waited anxiously for your call. I didn’t wait long. You were ready to make the casts and patiently discussed how I wanted them presented.
Soon I was able to pick them up, and being December, I gave them to my daughters at Christmas.
They were over-the-moon with joy and insisted on phoning and thanking you even though it was the holidays! Honestly, it was an amazing journey with you.
